Frankfurt-based investor group leads financing round; Tobias Gerlinger appointed Managing Director and CEO

A group of investors, led by the Frankfurt entrepreneur Tobias Gerlinger, has injected growth capital and has acquired a majority stake in 玩嘉电竞下载注册 GmbH. The existing customer contracts from 玩嘉电竞下载注册, Inc., USA, have also been taken over. Tobias Gerlinger is being appointed Managing Director of 玩嘉电竞下载注册 GmbH alongside Holger Dyroff, and, as CEO, will also take on responsibility for Finance, Marketing and Sales. As COO, 玩嘉电竞下载注册 founder, Holger Dyroff, will now be focussing on product strategy and technology.
